This grape gives a fruit-rich wine sauvignon blanc style and Zala Pearl originally from Hungary and introduced in Denmark in 1997.Denne grape give a good aroma with mild muscat.The grapes are harvested in late September from sticks planted in 1999.The wine is fermented on skins in 2 days and is then fermented finished in steel tanks.The wine is dry with a high acid level.The wine is full bodied and with a good fruit flavor.The wine is well suited for light meats such as poultry, fish and pasta dishes.
