Højbakke Wineries fruit wines

Our fruit wines are made from local fruits and berries from the area who are facing Langelandsbæltet and is one of the few places in Denmark with a unique climate which gives lots of fruit flavors.

Fruits and berries are harvested late and nothing is picked up from the ground, the cold-pressed, the must settle, but not filtered, resulting in a lower yield, but then preserved fruit, freshness, vitamins, minerals and other ingredients as possible.

The must is fermented as grape wines in steel tanks.
